I have heard this is how it's done (I don't have a RaQ4r), but the drives in
the specification that the RAQ4r uses are hard to come by.
However, I must ask why is this member doing backups the hard way and
causing needless downtime? Since both drives in the 4r are mirrored in
real-time, you are protected against hard drive failure. If you need another
backup, run rsync.
