[cobalt-users] [Qube 3] Won't load ecommerce web pages

I installed a Qube 3 for a non-profit. The organization's administrator
needs to access their account at Wells Fargo Bank but cannot display the
WFB site. Web access is over the LAN through the Q3. If I access the same
WFB web site from a machine with an internal modem and its own dialup to
the same ISP, we connect readily. The same problem exists with Intuit's
ecommerce web pages.

NAT is enabled. Firewall is not since it is a dialup connection.

Any troubleshooting suggestions or fixes? I searched the archives but using
varous terms related to the problem but could not find anything useful.
