[cobalt-users] FP Extention error

First Post so please excuse the n00b

Getting Front Page ext errors when user tries to publish to their site thru
front page! I know there is a problem if you mix FP with FTP and I know that
was done in this case!  My problem is I don't know how to fix it I have
deleted this site remade it and had user try to publish same error.


This is what I Received from my web Designer!

if you ftp from a local machine to site on server it works fine.
if you ftp virtually(server to local)  it gives an error saying fp
extensions not installed
the user works virtually and does not have the files locally. nor does she
wish to.
