Then it's NORMAL, you are presenting an unsigned certificate, netscape is
warning you that the certificate isn't signed by anyone (signing it
yourself does nothing to certify you are who you say you are, it only
allows you to encrypt a session, and only if the end user agrees to accept
your certificate for that purpose)

A 'normal' certificate like you would see on a secure site is signed by a
CA like thawte or verisign, the browser recognizes that signature on the
certificate, and it will then allow the certificate without complaint..)
