Hi,
I just got 2 Qubes 3. One work out of the box, the other was dead. Managed
to get it working by changing the CMOS battery and cloning the HD from my
working Qube. The OS RESTORE CD process was not successful. It manages to
setup the HD, copy all the RPM, but it keep showing Test Failed : Power Off
Now.
Right now, when I try to read the serial number, using the CMOS command, it
cannot work. It keeps showing,
Uninitialized, when I type /usr/sbin/cmos -c serialnum
Anyone got any ideas?
Appreciate any help.
Thanks
Larry Leong
