[cobalt-users] RaQ3 Email broken user@anydomainonbox arg

I have a weird problem that just occurred for no reason...
People can send email to theirusername@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and it
goes to them, as well as over-riding any email aliases for that domain

example:  I have the login 'silly' on the box and the alias bobbyt for
ssmofo.net.
If another user on my box creates the login bobbyt (under lets say
foo.com) any email sent to bobbyt@xxxxxxxxxx goes to that bobbyt@xxxxxxx user
even though I have the alias bobbyt under my domain.  In other words
people can use any domain on the raq.  The mail user names seem to be
working on a global scale.  a little bit of a mail security problem.
someone else was getting all webmaster@ across all domains.
