RAQ Notes:
RAQ4 with 512 RAM

RAQ4 CPU was overloaded with 100 request per minute for a zip file.
RAQ4 handled 6 cgi/mysql request per second with no problem.
RAQ4 sent 20,000 emails in 2 hours with no problem.
RAQ3 with 128 RAM

RAQ3 sent 50,000 emails in 6 hours with no problem.
RAQ3 CPU was overloaded with 3,000 cgi/mysql request per hour.
