[cobalt-users] Permission denied

Hi:

I am new to the Raqs (Raq4) and I just installed Perl 5.6.1 on a new 
directory /home/Perl instead of the default one as was told.
However, just after that, I cant send or received emails, I keep getting 
this message:

The message could not be sent because one the receipts was rejected by the 
server.  Server Response: ?451 4.0.0 Can?t create transcript file 
q3/xffB4FfZ20795: Permission denied?. (Account: ?user?, SMTP Server: 
?servers name?, Error Number: 0x800ccc79).

Any ideas why this is happening and how to solve it.
