I don't think there _is_ an error page file. I think CGIWrap generates
that stuff on the fly back to the browser. When checking the "page
properties" after generating a CGIWrap error, the only filename my
browser associates with my session is the CGI I was attempting to
access. No HTML filename or anything.
'rpm -qa' (on my RaQ 4) shows 'cgiwrap-3.6.4-C10'... that big "C" at the
end of the filename means this RPM has been somehow "Cobaltized" and is
not a plain vanilla (or default) RedHat RPM. So I think you might be
out of luck on customizing the output, unless you get the SRPMs for
CGIWrap from our FTP server and reroll it yourself... :(
