According to Sun knowledge base:

The Qube2 can access up to 256Mb of RAM. The specifications for the
memory is 3.3V, 60ns, 72-pin EDO non parity SIMMs. We recommend
purchasing RAM from the following company:

Please note: The Qube2 will not be able to utilized double sided SIMMs.
