They have to be registered as nameservers with network solutions, they
refer to them as 'hosts' in the docs, not sure where to send you, verisign
has been busy redesigning the web site, and some of it doesn't seem to
currently work properly either, sigh

So give him a ${} transfer, it will be cheaper than the time you will
spend fiddling and mucking to register a set of nameservers for a single
domain name :P

Alternatively, you can have him use their nameservers pointing to your IP,
it's messy, but he could probably screw it up by himself with no
intervention on your part ;P (I think they charge for that too)

ps: I'm biting my tongue here, netsol recently erased *all* my role
passwords, Grrr
