http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/white_papers_and_tech_docs/21850.pdfDepending on the processors they can have different voltages. There is a 2.2 volt 300Mhz and there is a 3.3. The 450 is either a 2.4 or a 3.3. It can make a difference on the voltages. The 450 runs at almost twice the wattage of the 300. The 300 can run with a frequency of either 66 or 100 while the 450 only runs at 100. Other factors also come into play here. What revisions of the chips are being used???
