RE: [cobalt-users] redirect

I need a strange redirection... I want the index.html -> index.cgi??s=3c1e97b37ba0ffff;act=SF;f=3
Can I do this from the httpd.conf, changing the DocumentRoot? I tried it but it failed.. Any ideas?
