Telnet/SSH in and do:
tail -f /var/log/maillog
This gives a live view of mail going out of your Raq, and should show
you if there is a lot of mail being relayed.
If you suspect you are relaying peoples mail that you shouldn't be,
login to your Admin system, go into the email server parameters page and
check the entries in the relay box, make sure they are precise and only
have the Ips of people you want to allow.
