It will help if you know what kind of server you were using.
IF it was another RAQ4, it will be very easy.
But try the following and see if it's working.
1. enable the sites SSL from Raq's admin GUI
2. look at "/home/sites/www.yourdomain.com/certs" directory.(need
telnet or something like that)
3. just back up all the files in there if there is any.
(if you are downloading them using FTP, use ASCII mode)
4. upload your transfering key and cert(crt) file to
the /home/sites/www.yourdomain.com/certs directory(by replacing
certificate file and key file if you already have them from somewhere.
keep the file name as is.)
5. go to admin's GUI and view SSL by clicking "SSL status".(it will
reset the screen).
==> if you are lucky, it will show you whole bunch of info with
certificate in the text area. and check https://www.yourdomain.com
otherwise, you have to consult with Thawte to reissue the cert again.
in that case, erase everything in /certs directory and regenerate the
key file from admin GUI. (follow RAQ manual).
Hope you are lucky.
Genesis.
