Raq to Raq should not be a problem. If going from say a Debian or BSD or
other flavor of *inux will mean a reissued cert. Not sure about coming from
a Red Hat box.
We had moved a Verisign cert from a Debian to our Raq3 and had to get
reissued. Same answer from Cobalt support.
