[cobalt-users] No user here... CMU

Okay, so I found a problem with my CMU migration. Been waiting for DNS
transfers but am convinced I messed something up with CMU during the
migration. Nothing big... still a great transfer, lol.

While setting up the new RAQ (target) on my internal firewalled network
before moving to colo I set up the targetRAQ The old RAQ's (source) main ip
was to be a new name (different from the main ip on the old RAQ (source))

Heres the scene...
Migrating to from a RAQ4 to a RAQ4
RAQ1 (Source) - Old Server, www.myimthirstyforsomething.com
RAQ2 (Target) - New Server, www.wheresmyteaandcookies.com
All of the other virtual domains were exactly the same (number sequence &
all), except I wanted to bring in the www.myimthirstyforsomething.com and
keep the correct sequence.

I did the CMU migration export (which I intend to post details on, with this
error removed) from the Source machine. I oved the files to a Windoze box on
my local network. Physically disconnected the line to my DSL (just in case
my firewall/router had anything open) and then booted up the RAQ as an
internal IP. So sweet, love these little blue boxes!

Everythings great. Move the files over to the box. Okay here's where I
miffed it. At this point I get the smart idea that I should change the RAQ2
(Target) name to the old one. I figure since there are no virtual sites yet,
I can maintain the site numbering integrity and just change everything back
after the fact. So...
RAQ2 (Target) - New Server, www.myimthirstyforsomething.com

Imported all of the sites with CMUImport. Everything went in great. Checked
and doubled checked the installation. And then here it comes, I delete the
virtual site that was imported with all of the others. I change the main
IP's name back to the new one, and then add in the old main IP as a virtual
site.
RAQ2 (Target) - Main IP, www.wheresmyteaandcookies.com
RAQ2 (Target) - Virtual Site, www.myimthirstyforsomething.com

Now I can't send or receive email for the Main IP
www.wheresmyteaandcookies.com.
I get the No User Error when attempting to send/receive. I checked the GUI
Host/Domain Aliases and www.wheresmyteaandcookies.com was not listed, and it
won't let me add it. I hit save changes, return and the site name isn't
there. I reviewed the virtusertable and the following is listed and looks
good...
# accept-email-at-domain routes
@wheresmyteaandcookies.com       %1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I can FTP/HTTP the server by name. The NS server responds properly. All
other virtual sites work great! But I can't add either of the affected
domain names to the Host/Domain Aliases box in the GUI. I save and save but
they never stick. They are in the virtusertable tho, don't get it. Sorry for
the length, have searched, but perhaps I am impatient and wanted to let
everyone know what to watch for during migration. How do I fix this? Advice
is welcome. Jeff? Thanks in advance.

PS I have no idea why I chose that possible method
