[cobalt-users] 554 Error DSN: Service unavailable

Hello all

Looking for some direction here, My problem is that none of the users on my server can send mail to 
any msn.com email account. They all get the same error message found below. I seem to be receiving 
email from MSN with no problems but I can not reply on initiate a message with out getting an 
error.

I have already tried the KB and searched though the past post but none of the post that I have 
found offer a resolution to this.

I talked to MSN tech support and was told that a 554 error was a problem with my DNS settings and 
that they do not use black list. Can someone point me in the right direction here. Everything else 
on the server seems to be working fine.
