I had this happen once and I did an OS restore on it and it worked just 
dandy. Just make 100% sure that ALL of the patches are installed before 
you plug ANY server appliance into a live network.

I have a "Chuck Yeager" PC and switch that is dedicated to nothing but 
diag'ing RAQ's, for doing OS restores, and for patching brand new RAQ's 
before they hit the live network. 

Personally, I would do an OS restore on it, but check with Cobalt since 
it will still be covered under warranty
