Could you kindly tell me what's the Frequency specification in the UK?
We in Italy have 220V / 50Hz and some people told me i would have troubles
with 60Hz (USA specification) devices

no it should be okay - we used the same power supply in all units,
you will just need a different power cord for Italy.
