Edit the bottom of /etc/mail/virtusertable and add:

sexspammer@xxxxxxxxxx error:nouser No such user here

Then type:

makemap hash /etc/mail/virtusertable.db < /etc/mail/virtusertable

and the address should be blocked.  If you're on a RaQ1/2 or Qube1/2 then
the path will be /etc/virtusertable.
