Yes, the to field shows the list address and the recipients' addresses are
not revealed in the emails that are sent.

I believe the GUI needs them one per line so if you have a list in that
format a copy/paste should work.  If that's not the format expected you can
edit the listname file in /usr/local/majordomo for the list directly (one
recipient per line) or upload a file to that location in that format.
