[cobalt-users] Cobalt Frontpage Problem

On a RaQ3 server I have a frontpage problem..  I setup FP extensions for a
virtual site as normal and gave 2 users Frontpage web access.  When I open
up Frontpage and do an open web on the domain it gives me the following
error:-

HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request

I checked the service.pwd under web/_vti_pvt and it had nobody instead of
httpd as the user

I checked sites that I know works with FP and the user was httpd.

How can I fix this?
