[cobalt-users] How to reset Webalizer for the current month?

Hi everyone,

I've been running the Webalizer2 pkg off of cobalt-aid.sourceforge.net for 
several months with no problems, now I'm monkeying a bit (OK, extensively) 
with the webalizer.conf settings to eliminate a lot of clutter in the 
reports.

This package sets the processing to incremental so the webalizer.hist file 
is present. My changes since the first of the month have undoubtably 
resulted in some mangled reports, so how can I reset this month's report 
ONLY without killing the stats previously generated for earlier months.

In other words, how can I make webalizer re-run the entire month since 
12/1/01, discarding what it's already done?

I have seen the suggestion to delete webalizer.hist and webalizer.current, 
but am hoping for some confirmation before I make the change...  my 
assumption is if I do this that Webalizer will re-process both the current 
log and anything previously compressed....
