Your best bet is to outsource your news reading services to a company that
does it for a living. There is not a raq configuration out there that can
handle news. A full feed will overwhelm a single T-1. If you are thinking
about having just a suck feed with a few news groups it still is worth
outsourcing it. I recommend newsread.com, great pricing and they actively
cancel spam which is really nice.
