[cobalt-users] Webalizer Problem HELP...v2 from sourceforge

Okay, I just installed the webalizer v2 pkg from sourceforge's site.  I
waited till the 1st of the month to install as the directions stated that
prior stats would be lost.  Oh yeah I was running v1.3-GIF.  I'm running a
raq4i with around 40 sites.

Question 1:  was I supposed to uninstall v1.3 prior to installing v2?
Question 2:  I ran webalizer2.pl from root via ssh ./webalizer2.pl, instead
of waiting for cron to do it tomorrow.
Question 3:  it says that the stats would be in ~stats folder yet everything
is still the same.  ~stats folder does not exist and when I go to a site via
http://domain/stats it's still showing v1.3.

Maybe it's too early on a Saturday morning for me to do this but I need to
get this working today hopefully.

Anyway, any help or insight would be appreciated.
