I've been looking for a long time, islam.  I'm currently testing neomail
which uses pop3 and will soon test squirrelmail which (I think) uses
imap.

It's theoretically possible to create such a system, but in fact I
haven't seen one.  If/when you find one, please let me know.

I'm not sure what you mean or what you want.  Do you mean a business
plan, or a flow chart of how the software works, or what?
