Dear List,
I have had a friend ask about hosting multiple "Scoop" sites on my Cobalt RaQ4. We have mod_perl and such installed with a MySQL database.

Anyone have experience / instructions (Mike Dowdell gave a positive experience report, but without instructions at: http://list.cobalt.com/pipermail/cobalt-users/2000-August/018532.html).
Would like to do as little as possible as root, but any help and advice would be appreciated!
