Just upload your site to /home/sites/www.test.com/web/
instead of to /home/sites/www.test.com/users/web/
Make sure the user you are uploading as is the
site admin for that virtual site.
It's not a good idea to upload to virtual sites
as 'admin' as eventually you will run out of
user space (admin will own to much file volume)
