You could try removing the file totally. I've never tried it, since I don't
modify my raq through the GUI much. I believe it gets the file from
/etc/skel/.ftphelp. I would just rename the file and see if that works.

Hello thanx the problem is fixed almost !
editing the proftpd.conf did the work, but when I ccreate a new user the
file puts the line back in, is there a way to prefend this

Disable or remove the .ftphelp line from /etc/proftpd.conf. It causes some
ftp clients to disconnect when it's displayed on login.
