[cobalt-users] Looking for a databased driven web page.

I have been looking for a good web page template that's content is accessed
from a database such as mysql, it should be easy to create for users who
want their own page,
and be able to access live info from the web such as weather and stocks
ect.,
I see allot of hosts offering a web building package on their sites, any
suggestions?
