That's plenty of room; I wouldn't be worried, but I'd monitor it
periodically.

119 MB on a RaQ4 I'm currently logged into. It was under 50 MB until I
moved some directories from /usr to /home (which has more space) and then
created symbolic links in the original locations.

My guess is Interchange installs files in /usr which is on the / partition.
I suggest you both consider moving files to /home and creating symbolic
links from the expected locations. "man ls" for more info. or search the
archives - it's been covered dozens of times.
mv /path_to/current /home/new
ln -s /home/new /path_to/current
