I have exactly the same problem with my RaQ4r.... The catch all has never
worked and I got no joy what so ever from the forum and nor from Pramod at
Sun, although he has tried...

In the end I rang Cobalt in the Netherland and they went into my RaQ and
checked it all out and said it should work fine... They then said they would
have to go into the server and check some files but were confident that it
would be sorted very quickly indeed......

Well after nearly an hour on the telephone and them doing what ever they are
trying to do quickly... Many hours later they have not figured it out as it
still does not work...

Now I have got an email stating my case has been escalated.......
whoooopy...

Out of interest how many others have had this type of proble.....
