[cobalt-users] request for SSL certificate

Hi,

When I generated CSR on Cobalt to request a commercial SSL Certificate from
CIBC Verisign, Verisign come back to me and said my "Mail Address" field was
incomplete and I didn't have "Common Name" in my CSR. When I created CSR, I
didn't see those field at all. Does anyone have similar experience before?
