a bit off-topic :)

This my situation:

I have a linux machine running that forward (with ipchains) al the internet
traffic to other pc's.
I can I configure it that for example the 192.168.1.2 machine gets the
internet adress assigned?
This because I want to stream some video to the internet, and the encoder i
use sees the internet url as: http://192.168.1.2:8080
