Tail access log, then start browser and go to the url for the site. This
should show where that default Cobalt webpage is coming from.

You may have 2 situations.
1. You named the file something like default.htm when index.htm or .html
already exist.
The server looks for valid default pages and index is first.
2. The problem we all learned at some point is that by default the cobalt
raq admin user has the rights
to the default home page. If you created a siteadmin administrator account
and published
with it that account can't overwrite the default page. FTP in as admin not
siteadmin and delete the default
index file for the virtual site you are working with then re-publish your
index.htm and
you should be OK.
