Yes.

I've not heard of anyone connecting anything to the USB port. I think its
there for show, or to encourage developers to add USB based capabilities.

Specific Qube3 support will not be listed on the box. You'll have to seek
advice from the manufacturer as to if a specific card has Linux derivers and
then find out if they are already in the Qube3 or if you have to add them.
