[cobalt-users] Cobalt GUI Problems

My Cobalt GUI died after someone ran some scripts it appears. Since I 
cant seem to pin down who did it (Serves me right for letting anyone 
else but me have access)

The sitelist returns a Internal Server Error from the logs I got:

My other CGI Scripts had problems on my main site, however using 
a .htaccess file to disable the CGI-Wrapper they work now. Not sure if 
disabling the wrapper would help the control panel. I am running out of 
ideas as what to do with this. Its a Cobalt Raq4i from 
rackshack.net ... rackshack refuses to help me. 

How exactly could I disable the CGI-Wrapper on the GUI if that is the 
problem?
