[cobalt-users] cobalt host name

If I change the cobalt's host domain on the server to my new name server
will it affect the domains that are still on my primary nameserver? I
have changed some of my domains to the new nameserver but not all of
them .the primary server is a different ip then the new one but both ips
are  on my server . the new nameserver works for the latest domains I
have added.
But my sendmail does not work since I lost control of my host domain?
