It looks like someone tried to send email with a From address of
634_269489.151101@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx which may have been inserted by
the sending server if the From field was empty.

The RaQ won't accept mail from a domain that doesn't resolve. Probably spam.
