As long as you didn't install squirrelmail to be accessible via the same
directory as neomail you shouldn't have a conflict. I have a development
box where I've installed these 2 programs and several other webmail programs
with no conflicts, but I honestly don't remember if I had to change any of
the installation directories from those recommended in the install files and
my neomail was installed from source, not the Cobalt pkg. On the dev box
mine are accessible via:
/webmail/imp
/webmail/neomail/
/webmail/phpop/
/webmail/squirrelmail/
/webmail/[others]
