[cobalt-users] FW: Creating websites and managing users via CLI

HI,

I was wondering if someone found a way to create websides or user
accounts via CLI.
I need to be able to create accounts automaticly based on an event in
our OSS which
Manages all customer services and network resources.

Any tip is welcome
