First of all, get your DNS records to expire within one day. On the day
before the move, reduce that to one hour.

IIRC, you will have to change the IP addresses manually.

Do a web search. There are several scripts available to generate DNS records.

First of all, don't panic. Make a checklist of what needs to be done. You
may wish to inform your users of the change as it may cause some disruption
of service. The sites may be unaccessible during the switchover due to DNS
propagation.
