Personally I like to install the updates on the commandline. I've had the
same problems with large packages. You'll probably have to uninstall the
RaQ2-en-OSUpdate-4.0.pkg since it most likely was half installed through the
GUI. SSH in and do this:
/var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers/RaQ2-en-OSUpdate-4.0.uninst <enter>
