I got it at 1pm today.  If you filter them, they have changed the "From:"
It used to come "From:" cobalt-announce-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
and "To:" cobalt-announce@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Now it is "From:" "Jared L. Height" <jared.height@xxxxxxx>
and "To:" <cobalt-announce@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
