You might have to get in touch with UUNET/Worldcom....they seem to own the .US domains. We had a similar problem a few years ago, a high school wanted hosting but required that their domain meet state requirements. Had to jump through hoops of fire, but finally tracked it down to UUNET - who were very helpful. Basically all they do is point the domain to an IP or other domain name.

We have just registered a domain couleedam.wa.us It works inside our network
but I cannot get it to resolve outside
the network. Has anyone had this problem on the Raq I cannot seem to find a
way to do a whois on the domain to see if it is
if it has been registered properly.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
