I've contacted the company I rent the server from & they said that I've changed the apache config file. I haven't...so I'm asking if anyone else has had this problem & how do I fix it? I need to install this, so I can upgrade my Chilisoft version to 3.6.

It is possible that it failed if you are only now trying to install it that you installed later patches first. You have four new patches installed that came out after the 10602 patch. Maybe someone at Sun like Jeff will answer you.
