[cobalt-users] E-Mail Error: User Unknown

Hello cobalt-users,

  I get this message when sending e-mail to an alias at a virtual
  domain:
A copy of your message is being returned to you due to difficulties
encountered while attempting to deliver your mail.

Very often people attempt to send mail to USERIDs, which are not
known to this particular system.

The following errors occurred during message delivery processing:

<smtp inspectiontechnologysystems.com Phil@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 32765>: ...\
        <<- RCPT To:<Phil@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
        ->> 550 5.1.1 <Phil@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... User unknown



The raq username is lockhart; with an alias set up as phil.
