Jason,

Are you sure you've set up the "Email Server Aliases" in your "Site
Settings" in your admin control panel? Set this to the domain name it's
using (inspectiontechnologysystems.com). I made the same mistake ages ago.

  I get this message when sending e-mail to an alias at a virtual
  domain:
A copy of your message is being returned to you due to difficulties
encountered while attempting to deliver your mail.

Very often people attempt to send mail to USERIDs, which are not
known to this particular system.

The following errors occurred during message delivery processing:

        <<- RCPT To:<Phil@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
        ->> 550 5.1.1 <Phil@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... User unknown



The raq username is lockhart; with an alias set up as phil.
Any ideas on what could be causing it?
