It isn't even that comlicated ( sorry Bill).

Webmin since ver .8x as had a good setup.sh script that will run your
though all of the basics and get you running.

I would suggest installing Perl Mod Net::SSLeay for enchanced security
so webin runs https


Oh by the way, in case anyone on this list isn't aware,
http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com has some good packages.  Including SSH for
cobalts, which I don't understand why Sun didn't put it there in the
first place.

download latest tar file from www.webmin.com

upload to your server
telnet in su to root
cd to the directory
untar the file
run ./configure
run make
run make test
run make install
